What is a Confidential Contact Person?

Within Asset, some board members have followed a training to become a Confidential Contact Person. This means you can contact them for anything you might not feel comfortable sharing with your coordinator or other people within the association. Anything you share is highly confidential and will not be shared with anyone else without your explicit approval. Similarly, no action will be taken unless you want the Confidential Contact Person to do so. We are here to have a talk if you struggle with stress or have something else on your mind that you would like to share. This can range from personal issues to unpleasant experiences you might have within the association or with other members. Unwanted behavior is never tolerated within our association and there is always someone here for you to talk about it. We are here to offer a listening ear and refer you to the right person if this is needed.

Within Asset | Accounting & Finance, Charlotte van der Veeke (+31 6 23094544) and Sebastiaan Dollevoet (+31 6 25591556) are the Confidential Contact Persons.

Asset General Confidential Contact Persons

If there is something you would like to talk about, but do not feel comfortable sharing it with one of the Asset | Accounting & Finance board members, you can also visit the confidential contact persons of the General Board of Asset. All the contact information is mentioned below. 

At Asset Tilburg we have confidential contact persons. If you feel unsafe or have anything else you want to talk about, please contact Amber Eerland (+31 6 47559602) or Mattijs Vernooij (+31 6 22642602). All confidential contact persons have followed training and are certified.

Hi, my name is Amber Eerland and I am 24 years old. This year I am one of the two confidential contact persons from Asset. I am also the chairman of Asset | Strategy and Logistics and the e+vents manager of Asset. In my free time I like to be active by doing multiple sports, but I also like to paint to get some rest.

If you ever feel the need to talk to anyone about anything, you can always contact me, we will try to find a time and place that suits us both. If you like we could do a walk or meet somewhere for a cup of coffee.

Hi everyone, my name is Mattijs Vernooij, I am 23 years old. Currently I am acquisition coordinator at Asset | Tilburg, besides I am chairman at Asset | Econometrics. Just like Amber I am a confidential contact person. Besides going to Asset events, I like to hang out with friends and look into the latest gadgets.

If you want a private talk with me you can find me at the Asset rooms or simply send me a text. We can take a walk or sit somewhere to chat. Don’t hesitate to contact me.
