Christmas Dinner

Dear members, do you want to enjoy a delicious meal with some good wines in a nice Christmas Theme? For the event, the Orie will deliver a box with all the ingredients to prepare the dishes you choose. You can join the dinner in a group of four.

To participate you must be an active member of Asset | Accounting & Finance. To become an active member please send an email to Info@Asset-AccountingFinance.nl and we will contact you!

For the four-course meal, you have the following options:

Starter

  • Gravad lachs met truffelmayonaise, gemarineerde knolselderij, gegrilde bieten, venkel compote, zoete zure chioggia biet en krokante nori kroepoek (Gravad lax with truffle mayonnaise, marinated celeriac, grilled beet, fennel compote, sweet sour chioggia beetroot and crispy nori prawn crackers)
  • Carpaccio met pesto, truffelmayonaise, rucola, parmezaan, pijnboompitten en gekonfijte tomaat (Carpaccio with pesto, truffle mayonnaise, rocket salad, parmesan, pine nuts and candied tomato)
  • Vegetarische sushi van guacamole met knolselderij, lente ui, togarashi mayo, nori kroepoek, salad pea, tapioca parels en avocado flan (Vegetarian sushi of guacamole with celeriac, scallion, togarashi mayo, nori prawn crackers, salad pea, tapioca pearls and avocado flan)

Soup

  • Tomatensoep met lente ui, cherry tomaat, pijnboompitten en room (Tomato soup with spring onion, cherry tomato, pine nuts and cream)
  • Bospaddestoelensoep met shiitake, pijnboompitten en geslagen room (Forest mushroom soup with shiitake, pine nuts and whipped cream)

Main Dish

  • Oma’s stoofvlees van kalf met hete bliksem, pastinaak en truffelsaus (Grandma's veal stew with “Himmel und Erde”, parsnip and truffle sauce)
  • Gebakken kabeljauw met knolselderij crème, wasabi, caponata, papadum en hollandaise saus (Fried cod with celeriac cream, wasabi, caponata, papadum and hollandaise sauce)
  • Vegetarische rendang met shiitake, knolselderij, wortel, pastinaak en kemirinoot (Vegetarian rendang with shiitake, celeriac, carrot, parsnip and candlenut)

Dessert

  • Crema catalana met sinaasappelparfait, specerijen caramel, meringue en bosvruchten compote (Crème catalana with orange parfait, spices caramel, meringue and forest fruit compote)
  • Tarte tatin van appel met witte chocolademousse, atsina cress, vanillesaus, caramel specerijen saus, aalbessen, yoghurt crumble en meringue (Tarte tatin of apple with white chocolate mousse, garden cress, vanilla sauce, caramel spice sauce, currants, yogurt crumble and meringue)
  • Chocolademousse met een krokant bladerdeeg en chocolade, bosvruchtencompote en specerijen ganache, atsina cress, spekkoek en amandelcrumble (Chocolate mousse with a crispy puff pastry and chocolate, forest fruit compote and spices ganache, atsina cress, layer cake and almond crumble)
